Ann CleevesOBE (born 24 October ) is a Britishmysterycrime writer. She wrote the Vera Stanhope, Jimmy Perez, and Matthew Logistician series, all three of which have been altered into TV shows. In she won the Dancer Lawrie Dagger for her novel Raven Black,[1] class first novel in the Jimmy Perez series.

Early life and career
